I was so impressed by this Superclinic. They booked me in on a Sunday, at night and they completely bulk billed my appointment with only a medicare card. The receptionist was friendly and warm. The doctor was a highly capable woman who gave expert advice and took her time to check my symptoms. She was professional but also kind. I actually felt cared for by this clinic. I would highly recommend this place.

I found them on an emergency in January because I really needed to see a doctor on a Saturday and I rang the day before (I had chickenpox for the second time but I didn't know what it was till after). Since the very first call they very helpful and ever since then I've been seeing the same doctor who has helped me recoverable improve my well being.

I’m really glad the Glen Superclinic opened this professional clinic in The Glen in Glen Waverley in May 2020. Dr. Jessica Ho, the medical team plus the reception staff are really dedicated in their work and I must say their commitment to patient care is impeccable. I highly recommend The Glen Superclinic as your one-stop family clinic with links to other specialist medical services whenever required.

It is really good clinic. My family is with this clinic about 6 years. I have no bad experience. All doctors are good especially Dr. Dhanushi, a good doctor I have ever seen.

Great service with easy parking. Has a good range of services on offer, doctors, dental, physiotherapy, pediatory, blood collection rooms, pharmacy, health plan nurse, care nurse, flu shots as well as other services. Appointments can be made over phone or on line. Minimal waiting times as normally 3 - 4 doctors on during busy times

Short waiting times when you book an appointment in advance, and friendly and knowledgeable doctors. The fact that its open until 10pm is a lifesaver for me. Very happy.

First time being here and after seeing the reviews, I had no issues at all as soon as I booked it in i was about to sit down , and then my name was called up so far so good friendly staff so far, not too sure why this placed is bad reviews at this stage.... will return soon, please thank Dr. Martin Hill for me as without him being my doctor I would never have tried to open up with him, I probably would of stayed home being more depressed, he made me feel happy and welcome... Very funny doctor also. I enjoy always coming down to see him every visit... Keep up the great work for the whole clinic also
